I like asparagus. Asparagus can be pickled which basically makes anything taste good. Here's a link for recipe for pickled asparagus.

I like asparagus too, but I don't tend to eat it pickled. I prefer when it's been grilled and served with butter and salt. :)

I like asparagus too. My brother loves it even more then I do, so usually there's little to none left for me.

I really like salsa too, but not too hot. I eat salsa with chips while I watch the Green Bay Packers play football. They won yesterday.

Wow Hartley, I am so glad that you have mother-daughter bonding time whilst preserving tomatoes. I'm sure your salsa is good, but mango salsa is the best.... :/

I love salsa, expeccially when it's really hot. I don't really like tomatoes though. I'll eat them but that often.

My favorite fresh vegetable is cucumbers because they are refreshing and something good to snack on during the summer. My favorite way of preserving them is pickling because then they turn into pickles that you can put on a big cheeseburger.

Wow Kristi! I hate eating cucumbers unless they are in cucumber salad, or as you said, are slipped onto a big ol' cheeseburger. :)))

I like to eat cucumbers in lettuce with mushrooms, cheese, black olives, and bacon topped with ranch dressing. I like to eat preserved pickles especially McDonald's cheeseburgers with onions.

My family buys corn on the cob when it's really cheap and then we boil it. Then we cut it off the cob and put it in containers. Then we freeze it.

My favorite fresh vegetable is cucumbers, and I keep them preserved in the fridge in an air tight zip lock bag in the fridge,or freeze them on a baking sheet w/parchment paper, and then moving them into another zip lock bag so they don't get freezer burned.

Do you like your salsa hot or do you like it weak? Some salsas burn your mouth and that's not enjoyable. I like salsa that's not too hot but not too weak. I'm not a pansy :p
